Ar chuala tú faoinár dea-scéal? We are thrilled to have been named ‘Best in Social Media’ for our work on Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann with TG4 at this year’s Spider Awards, which were held in the Mansion House in Dublin on March 1st.

“The Oscars of Ireland’s digital industry”, the Spider Awards are the longest running digital awards in Ireland. Marking their 27th year, they continue to be Ireland’s benchmark for digital excellence.

This marks our second consecutive year to take home a Spider. We won ‘Best Influencer Led Campaign’ last year for our work on Creidim Ionat, an Irish language campaign for Foras na Gaeilge.  

Best in Social Media

The Best in Social Media category aims to recognise campaigns that have effectively utilised social media channels to achieve remarkable outcomes. 

Finalists demonstrated a thoughtful, creative, and well-executed approach to engaging with their target audiences. Our small but mighty agency beat off stiff competition from large national and multinational marketing agencies. 

Lorg Media and TG4 at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann

Our team has worked with TG4 on Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann’s social media output since 2016. Over the years, we have captured, created and shared dynamic social media content across TG4’s social media channels. 2023 was no exception.

We ventured to Mullingar with Power Pictures to execute a video-led social media campaign, supporting TG4’s live TV broadcasts over four nights of the festival. This involved a mix of quick-turnaround content from rehearsals, performances on the streets and vox pops.
