Key Objectives

This innovative social media video production project with Foras na Gaeilge aimed to increase awareness amongst a younger demographic of Irish speakers of some of the projects funded by Foras na Gaeilge, the brilliant work that they do, and the funding available to other groups and communities.

What We Did

This project married storytelling and digital innovation. In the planning stage, we worked with the client to establish 4 pillars of funding schemes they offer. Once these had been identified, we established organisations and people who had been in receipt of the funding in previous years. 

In order to reach our desired demographic, we decided to create an Instagram video series for IGTV. We filmed the entire series portrait to optimise the content for mobile consumption. The 9:16 filming approach was new and cutting edge in 2019 when we filmed the series. Following the 4 shoots and edits, we ran a digital marketing campaign using Instagram advertising to increase the reach and awareness.
