Galway International Arts Festival

The Galway International Arts Festival is a world renowned event which takes place annually in Galway, Ireland. In 2019 with attendance in excess of 260,000 people, a key event included the Guru Dudu Silent Disco Walking Tours and one of the most popular additions to GIAF, the Festival Garden returned to Eyre Square for  all to enjoy as well as some new pop up gallery locations.

Lorg Media were commissioned to produce short form quick turnaround video content to promote the festival in 2019.

Heighten Awareness of Festival Garden, new pop up Gallery and Events

What We Did

We produced 3 videos, shot and sized for social media consumption, encapsulating 1. the high energy event – Guru Dudu 2. the festival garden as a place to  soak up the Festival atmosphere in the heart of the city and  3. The new pop up gallery was prompted in the form of a 360 video. 

Capturing content in the first week of the festival helped promote other events in the second week.  Our fast turn around content was then distributed  across social media channels  to promote ticket sales and the festival as a whole.
